Janice Griffin   See Bio


Keith E. Griffin  has over 15 years experience in government relations and event management.  Mr. Griffin has been lead consultant on many high profile national events, including the 2009 Presidential Inaugural Ball and CBC Institute’s UFuture College Summit at the 2012 Democratic National Convention.  

Mr. Griffin has led Obama White House advance teams in Bosnia, Ghana, Haiti and Japan.  He served as Deputy Director of Advance on the Kerry/Edwards Presidential Campaign.  

Mr. Griffin worked in the Clinton Administration at the Department of Education’s Office of Legislative and Congressional Affairs. He also worked as Legislative Assistant for the late Congressman Donald M. Payne of New Jersey.

Mr. Griffin is a graduate of Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania.


LaPorsha Thomas  joined Griffin & Associates in 2009.  Ms. Thomas provides business support and manages client services.  She has expertise in political event coordination, including budgeting, registration and contracting.

In addition to her work with Griffin & Associates, Ms. Thomas serves as Assistant Director of the Congressional Black Caucus Institute’s 21st Century Council.  Ms. Thomas has worked on other CBC Institute events , including the CBC 40th Anniversary Reception and UFuture College Summit, a cyber summit held during the 2012 Democratic National Convention.

Ms. Thomas holds a BA magna cum laude in Political Science from Howard University, Washington, DC.
